At XCEL Sports Clinic, we are making chiropractic care and sports rehabilitation both convenient and affordable, while still customizing treatment plans unique to each patient’s individual needs. XCEL Sports Clinic is out-of-network with all insurance providers. If the patient has an active injury or condition and wishes to utilize insurance, we are happy to bill the patient’s insurance. All payments are due at the time of service, and depending on the patient’s insurance a portion of the costs may be reimbursed to the patient. The above treatments apply to routine maintenance treatment paid at the time-of-service.
